ORDER INFORMATION

Our goal at MARA SOHO is for you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) as long as they meet the following conditions:

  1. We will not make returns that have exceeded 14 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  3. Customers will not receive a refund of the initial shipping charges.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY JEWELRY?

Check the spam or spam tray, your confirmation email may be there.

If you do not find it, you can write to orders@marasoho.com and we’ll locate it. If it’s necessary, we would change the purchase email and forward it. Please, tell us your full name.

If you want to make sure that you receive our emails on future occasions, please add us to the desired mailing list and make sure that the e-mail you used for your purchase is the correct one.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. However, sometimes it can take longer, so please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours or sometimes a day for tracking to show updates after a label has been created.

We are not responsible for any delays with courier transit times or lost packages. 

SHIPPING RATES & TAXES

  • There is a $7n flat ground shipping rate on all orders.
  • We collect sales taxes based on the sales and use tax rates for your shipping address..

WHAT IS YOU WARRANTY

At MARA SOHO we offer a 1-year warranty on our jewelry products. Please keep jewelry away from alcohol and alcohol derivative products.
